Online Banking Password Update

In March of 2019, member passwords changed from all numbers to stronger alphanumeric passwords. In addition to this change, the maximum amount of time that you can use a password without updating it is one year. This means that you will need to change your password in early March if you haven’t updated it within the last year.

What the Process Will Look Like

  1. When you log in to Online Banking, you will see a screen asking you to enter a new password.
  2. First, you will have to re-enter your current password.
  3. Then you will be asked to enter your new password.

Password Requirements

  • Must be 8 to 30 characters
  • Must contain at least one uppercase, one lowercase and one number.
  • You can also include the following optional special characters @ # $ - | !

Note: This password update is applicable whether you use Online Banking or the mobile app.

Online Contributions

A simple way to complete your annual TFSA contribution!

Come January 1st, the best way to make your TFSA contribution is by completing a transfer through online banking. Simply:

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Navigate to the Transfers tab
  3. Complete the transfer from your High Interest Savings Account to your TFSA Savings Account. It’s that easy!

By completing your contribution through online banking or the mobile app, you can start earning interest sooner, rather than waiting for us to manually complete your transfer when we reopen on January 4th!

What if you need to open a TFSA?

You can do that too! All you have to do is:

  1. Visit
  2. Select variable or term and enter how much you would like to contribute That’s it!

You’ll get an email from us letting you know when we receive your application, and we will take care of the rest!
